NER-PA - Oriental Tibetan School

Oriental Tibetan School "Ner-Pa" is a branch of an ancient school "Black Mongoose". In essence, this school was a foundation for another ancient school called "Straight Path". The founder of "Straight path" was a well-known Naropa. In the beginning of XIII century "Black Mongoose" was exposed to persecution by imperial power and members of school were forced to go undercover. Since then the school continued its existence only in tiny (average of 150 to 200 people), isolated monasteries hidden in northern Tibetan mountains. Lamaism is the essential religion of the school. Fire burning on surface of water and Black mongoose that is even faster than poisonous cobra are symbols of the school. The school belongs to inner energetic style of kung fu. The main emphasis is put on methods and exercises applied to working with energy, astral, magic, cosmic energy, and self-actualization, the highest structures of Creation.

Every lesson consists of two-hour sessions, twice every week. From May to October classes will be held outside in natural environment. During summer periods the school will offer two weekend field trips. Its main focus will be on testing student’s current knowledge and development of the new aspects of meditation. Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive special certificate of achievement from Oriental Tibetan School of Ner-Pa.

Biography

Oleg was born in Ukraine, in the city of Cherkassy. After high school he went to Cherkassy University majoring in Biology and Chemistry. During his college years Oleg studied in different schools of Martial Arts: U-Shu, Kong-Fu, Tai-Chi-Tsuang, as well as he studied Eastern philosopies and religions. In 1990, he was certified in Massage Therapy and since became seriously interested in unconventional medicine and alternate healing as he himself was a very sick man - pneumonia, obesety (400 lbs), .

In February 1992, Oleg visited a freind whose father was undergoing an accupuncture session. He met and talked to the healer who at their next meeting showed a few amazing "tricks", after wich Oleg has stepped on astonishing, full of unexpected events, and hard path to knowledge. During the first year of meetings, the healer simply mocked him, testing his thirst for knowledge. One year later, on 16th of February, 1993, the healer asked Oleg to undergo an examination which will either make him an apprentice or put an end to their meetings - jump into ice-cold water without any prior experience.

Oleg became a student of the school "Black Mongoose", under a tutelage of his first teacher Kun Loo Shan. In four years he underwent various tests and examinations; took a herb gethering trip to Siberian Taiga, where he studied recipes, shamanic rituals.

After "Black Mongoose" Oleg was a student in a Lamaistic Monastery in the mountains of Altae, then in Mongolian Monastery with final examinations conducted in North Chinese Buddist Monastery, where Oleg was given name Ner-Pa. During this time, Oleg met many unique people, monks, shamans, healers, outcasts.

Upon his return to Ukraine, Oleg enrolled in Kiev Academy of Alternate Medicine, where he graduated with a following titles: Doctor of Alternate Medicine, Hypnotherapist, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, Phillipine Surgery Healer, Bachelor of Magick Arts. After graduation, Oleg stayed as a teacher in Academy, then moved to Germany, Halle, where he worked as Phisical Therapist in private clinic.

In November of 1999, Oleg moved to Chicago. In August, 2001 he started private practice, and in November of the same year started Oriental Tibetan School of Ner-Pa.

Certified in Massage Therapy from ABMP in June 2002.

In September 2003 Oleg was certified in Hypnotherapy, in April 2005 received Certified Instructor title by National Guild of Hypnotists.
